a little about Brasilia

Posted by leonardozimbres - July 10th, 2011

Well, soon the world cup and olympics will happen in Brazil, and Brasilia is one of the places that you fine gentlemen can sit to watch the games.

One thing to know is that Brasilia is a city that was built in the middle of nothing by someone that is still buried in some-kind of a palace. Some says that he was a kind of pharaoh and the city was planned with many similiarities to the Egypt.

The first residences built in Brasilia was designed to house civil servants, by the government itself. As they received these houses for almost free, these places are today sold at the same price as apartments near the Rio de Janeiro Beaches. Curious fact is that these houses are used for rent... to civil servants! And the government pays rent assistance to the civil servants, proving that not only Jesus Forgiveness are infinite, but also tax payers money as well.

Next time I will tell about the food of Brasilia, and how to avoid rotten food usually eaten by locals who think that are eating something "cult".

Brazil is a smelly place filled with smelly people.

Legal. Eu também sou um desenvolvendor de jogos flash que vive em Brasília.

Cool text, I had a feeling you were brazilian too, and you are ^_^
I'm kinda looking forward to the Brazilian World Cup, they'll improve stuff here and whatnot.

BUT JUST NOTICE THAT "cult" in english, doesn't mean what you're thinking of, and in fact, they don't have such a word. I can't find it in portuguese dictionaries either. I think "avant-garde" would have the most similar meaning, but it isn't the same thing...

Oops...

rotten food.. so like, did they really appreciate the flavor of pre-war milk or somethin?

Your games are Epic! ainda bem que existem brasileiros no newgrounds! Yes i iam brasilian.!

BRASIL ISSO AEE WOHOO!!!!
